Fix your listing, dispute a score, or request removal

Denver Veterinarian is a free directory of veterinary practices across the Denver area. We build listings from publicly available business information and compute scores using a fixed rubric applied equally to every practice's public Google reviews. Being listed here is free, and no amount of payment can change your score or ranking. If your listing has errors, you believe your score is based on wrong data, or you think your practice should be removed, read how each of these works below. Corrections to listing details

To fix factual fields on your listing (your practice name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or the services you offer), send the correct information along with something we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm the correction, it stays on your listing even when we refresh our data in future months.

Disputing your score

Your score comes from public Google reviews passed through a published scoring rubric. We do not hand-edit scores. If you dispute your score, you are telling us the input data is wrong: the listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or our summary misstates what reviewers wrote. We will re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a practice is permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate, or the practice falls outside our directory's scope. Our monthly verification cycle also finds and removes closed practices automatically. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline your removal request and will explain why.

How fast we respond

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Removal requests we approve are actioned within 7 days. Requests we decline come with a reason.
